SHIPPING: Our current turnaround time on our stocked items is 1-3 business days. Most items you see listed on the website are in stock and ready to be shipped to you! The preorder items (listed under the "Preorder" section) will ship to you in approximately 3 weeks. After the items are shipped, they should be received in about 2-4 business days.
Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the order individually and will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Because of the nature of most products, returns are not accepted at this time. HOWEVER, if there are ANY issues with an order you've received and you need to contact me, please feel free to do so at any time and I will be more than happy to do what I can to make your purchase and experience with us an enjoyable one! A lot of the items you see listed are hand made by me so each and every one has a bit of a personal touch and a lot of love put into it and I'd like to see every buyer happy with my creations!
